The job market in 2026
Those are my own numbers from 2026, with a strong CV: 25 applications by hand, 350 through another auto-apply tool, 75 through NightApply. Recruiters are buried in automated applications, and even good candidates hear back from around 1 in 100. At those odds, you need hundreds of applications just to get a handful of interviews.

When I finally sat down, it took me a whole day to apply to 30 jobs. I didn't hear back from a single one. And when replies did come, they were automated rejections. I knew I'd have to apply to far more companies than I could face doing by hand — the forms were exhausting, and the rejection was worse.
So I signed up for a service that promised to apply for me. It wasn't good enough. So I built my own.

It stays in the EU (Frankfurt) and is used for one thing: your applications. The companies you apply to see the application; Anthropic’s model reads your record to write it; nobody else does, and nothing is sold or used for ads. You can export everything as one file or delete your account, and everything with it, from the Account page. The privacy page has the full list.
