Terms of service

What we agree to

Last updated 27 September 2026. These terms are the agreement between you and NightApply, operated by XALIOPEA INTERNATIONAL d.o.o. (Slovenia), for the service at nightapply.com and the browser extension. By creating an account you accept them. The privacy page says what data the service keeps; the imprint says who runs it.

1. What NightApply does

NightApply finds job postings that fit the roles you ask for, writes an application for each one from your own record (your resume, your profile and the answers you give), and, in the modes where you allow it, submits that application through the company's own form. It also gives you a job-search email address at kamelamail.com, files the replies that arrive there, and flags interview invitations. The optional Chrome extension fills forms in your own browser; it never submits one, you click Submit.

NightApply is a tool that works in your name. The applications it sends are yours: sent by you, through us, to the company you chose to apply to.

2. Your account

  • You need to be at least 18 and looking for work for yourself. One person, one account.
  • Give real details. The service puts your name, contact details, work history and answers in front of employers exactly as you entered them.
  • Keep your sign-in to yourself. Anything done from your account is done by you, until you tell us it was not.
  • You can delete your account at any time under Account → Danger zone. That removes your data as the privacy page describes.

3. What you allow us to do in your name

Depending on the mode you set, NightApply either waits for your approval on every posting (manual mode), sends the strongest matches itself and asks about the rest (hybrid), or applies to every posting that matches what you asked for (auto mode). In every mode it keeps a screenshot of each form as it was submitted, and you can pause it at any moment.

By turning on hybrid or auto mode you instruct us to submit applications on your behalf without a further check from you, within the limits you set (the roles, the locations, the daily and monthly numbers). You remain responsible for those applications as if you had sent them yourself: for what your record says, for the roles you chose, and for following up.

4. What you promise

  • To use the service only for your own job search, never to send unsolicited mail, to scrape sites, or to apply in someone else's name.
  • Not to put anything false in your record. NightApply never invents qualifications, and neither should you.
  • Not to use the job-search address for anything but your search, and not to use it to receive mail for someone else.
  • To respect the terms of the job boards and company sites your applications go to. We never automate LinkedIn, and we stop at any site that asks not to be automated.

5. Text written by a model

Cover letters, form answers and match assessments are written by an AI model from your record. They can be wrong, awkward, or miss the point of a posting. Anything the model cannot find in your record is left for you to fill in rather than made up, but you should read what goes out in your name, and in auto mode you should check the screenshots. We are not responsible for the content of an application you did not read.

6. Plans, credits and payment

  • Plans are monthly subscriptions, billed in euro through Stripe. Each plan comes with a number of credits a month; one credit is one application sent. Today's plans: Starter, 100 applications for €43; Pro, 250 applications for €87; Elite, 600 applications for €174; Power, 1000 applications for €262; Ultra, 2000 applications for €437. Prices shown include VAT where it applies.
  • Credits that are not used in a month do not carry over. An upgrade is charged in full on the day and its credits are added at once; a downgrade applies from the next renewal.
  • You can cancel at any time under Account → Billing. The plan runs to the end of the period already paid for and is not renewed.
  • If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have fourteen days from buying a plan to withdraw from it. Because you ask us to start applying at once, the service begins before that period ends, and if you withdraw we refund the price less the part of the month already provided.
  • While NightApply is in beta, plans are free, and we may change or end the beta with notice by email.

7. The job-search address

The address at kamelamail.com is ours, lent to you for your search. It is yours alone while your account exists; when the account is deleted the address is retired and never given to anyone else. Mail that looks like spam is kept out of your inbox, and we may refuse mail that abuses the service.

8. What we do not promise

We cannot promise interviews, replies or a job: companies decide who they talk to. We cannot promise that every form can be filled by a machine; some need you, and the service tells you when. The service is provided as it is, and we may pause it for maintenance or change how it works. We will tell you about changes that matter by email or on the site.

9. Responsibility

To the extent the law allows, NightApply is not liable for indirect losses, lost opportunities or lost earnings, and its total liability to you for anything arising from the service is limited to what you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited, and nothing here takes away the rights you have as a consumer in the country where you live.

10. Ending the agreement

You end it by deleting your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used for anything but a personal job search, or puts other users, employers or the service at risk; where we can, we tell you first. We may change these terms; the date at the top moves when we do, and using the service after a change means you accept it.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Slovenia. If you are a consumer, the mandatory protections of the country where you live still apply, and you may bring a claim there. The European Commission's platform for resolving disputes online is at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr; we would rather hear from you first at aurora.makovac@gmail.com.
